Refund policy

Overview

This policy explains your right to cancel and receive a refund for products bought directly from nutfreed. Currently, this means our Translation Cards. nutfreed does not sell, and has no role in returns, refunds, or exchanges for, any product purchased from a Marketplace Partner. Translation Cards

Our Translation Cards are digital products, delivered electronically for immediate access after purchase.

You have the right to cancel your purchase within 14 days of buying it, for any reason and without needing to give one, in line with the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013. This applies whether or not you've downloaded or used the card.

To cancel and request a refund, contact us at [email protected] within 14 days of your purchase date, including your order details. We'll process approved refunds within 14 days of your cancellation request, back to your original payment method.

Since Translation Cards are delivered electronically, there's nothing to return or send back. A refund doesn't depend on you deleting or no longer having the file.

We don't currently offer exchanges. If you've bought the wrong card, the simplest option is to cancel that purchase and place a new order for the correct one.

If you used a member promotional code to get a card for free, there's nothing to refund, but you're still entitled to cancel within the same 14 days. Contact us and we'll confirm this for you.

Marketplace products

nutfreed does not sell, and never processes an order for, any product shown on our marketplace. Clicking a listing takes you entirely to that Marketplace Partner's own website, and any purchase is made directly with them. If you want to return, exchange, or get a refund on something bought from a Marketplace Partner, you'll need to contact that Marketplace Partner directly, using their own returns process.
